COVID19: Advice to Customers
In the current pandemic Firmin House remains dedicated to its historic mission to provide support to all those who serve, in the armed forces, the emergency services and in voluntary and third sector roles.
We are also dedicated to the health, safety, and well-being of our staff at a time where many will be concerned both for themselves and loved ones.
Firmin House intend to offer a normal service where possible to all our customers throughout this pandemic, however long it lasts, and provide what support we can above and beyond our usual operations. We have already informed the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, that our rapid prototyping facilities will be available to make parts for respirators, and have offered our stock of protective equipment to provide protection to porters and frontline staff. If any of the other skills and equipment we possess can be of use to the public in this emergency they are at its service.
In our UK manufacturing facilities through staggering breaks, distancing staff and isolating individuals who can work alone we are confident that we possess the ability to remain as fully operational as possible.
